G. William Fowler (Bill) joined Todd, Barron, Thomason, Hudman, Bebout, & Rodriguez P.C., as Of Counsel, in 2022, after 29-years of legal practice as a sole practitioner. Mr. Fowler’s legal practice areas include transactional and administrative law, litigation, probate, and public utilities.
Mr. Fowler is involved in numerous community activities and enjoys giving back to his community and has served on various committees at First United Methodist Church. He has also served as President of the Ector County Bar Association, Odessa Chamber of Commerce, Abused Children’s Shelter, and the Globe Theatre; Director of Ector County Hospital District and Odessa Housing Finance Corporation; Chairman of State Bar of Texas Local Grievance committee; and Governor of the Permian Basin Area Foundation.
Outside of his legal practice Bill and his wife enjoy spending time with their 5 children, 7 grandchildren, and 1 great- grandchild. Bill also enjoys fly fishing, as well as reading & writing about fly-fishing history.
